How to Order:
1) Select the Shirt Size from Drop Down Menu
2) Type the "Name" to be embroidered onto the right pocket area of the shirt (e.g. Johnathan, Jane). If personalization box is left empty, no name will be embroidered, only the EHS ASB Logo will be applied to shirt on left pocket as shown.
